I love reading and hearing inspiring stories. I have some amazing friends, and nothing makes me happier than to hear them brag about their latest promotion, or to see them happily watching their kids grow up, or to marvel at the way they cope with disaster and grief.
And maybe it’s because I’m a woman, but I am especially touched when I hear stories of women overcoming challenges and succeeding at life. That’s why I created this place, where women can tell their stories and be proud of their achievements, and where everyone can acknowledge the strength that can be found in any walk of life.
Success to me isn’t just having a lot of money or power– it’s being proud of who you are, what you are capable of doing, and the things you’ve actually done. And absolutely anyone can be successful.
